Our Founder and Principal, Lourdes Loubriel, is a leader and heiress to a family legacy rooted in successful real estate development, asset management and investments.
With a double major in Finance & Marketing, and a Master’s in Construction Management, founded and co-lead the USGC Student chapter, alongside UM Medical school was published in a leading academic journal, has worked alongside titans of the real estate industry, from Odebrechet, Pulte Homes, Walgreens, the Government of Puerto Rico, to financing institutions such as Doral Bank, Banco Santander and others. As the daughter of one of the most successful developers in Puerto Rico, Lourdes brings her wealth of expertise to the Loubriel Capital Family.
With over two decades of experience in the industry, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of market trends, property valuation, and investment strategies. Lourdes has successfully built, sold and managed, over $100M in the family’s real estate portfolio, from residential developments to commercial properties in Puerto Rico and Florida, showcasing her exceptional skills in asset management and financial analysis.
