About Us

Our founder and visionary leader, Lourdes, is dedicated to continuing the Loubriel family legacy of success in real estate development. While earning her Master’s degree in Construction Management from FIU, she participated in a collaborative study with the UM Medical School on reducing the high incidence of skin cancer among construction workers through prevention methods. The findings were published in an academic journal, and her pilot study was funded by a national government grant; the study continues to this day.

After earning her master’s degree, Lourdes interned at Odebrecht Construction, worked at Pulte Homes, and collaborated in the family’s real estate development firm in Puerto Rico. She then created Lojo Creative World LLC in Miami, a successful real estate company specializing in various aspects of the industry, including new construction, luxury fix-and-flips, and Hotel/Airbnb projects.

Lourdes's keen insight into future trends and emerging markets, combined with innovative thinking, enables her to identify and select projects that yield profitable investments. She is committed to acquiring value-added properties across a diverse mix of assets, aiming to minimize risk and safeguard the profitability of all investors.

In her personal life, Lourdes enjoys traveling around the world and indulging in theater, film, fine dining, wine, fashion, and art. A voracious reader on a variety of topics, she also plays the piano, is now learning to play the guitar. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, is uniquely gifted and creative, is driven by purpose and helping others. Plans to pursue her doctorate next fall.

What fulfills her the most, is being a mother and spending quality time at home with her 13-year-old son.
